As a straightedge (kind of a useless word if you ask me. why’d i use it then? i’m in a forgiving mood), I woke up thinking “I wonder if there are as many people waking up with hangovers as I think there are.”

It is day 1 today and my mom is cooking whole wheat pasta with tomatoes and pesto downstairs. Not that that stuff is bad or anything (although I am sensitive to gluten), but I don’t even feel tempted to eat it because I am actually looking forward to my green smoothie :) Hooray! Tomorrow I might buy some spirulina to put in my smoothies.

Now I need to work out :)

This is what I will be doing today:

100 pushups (Did it right after I wrote it down)

8 minute abs (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=iWxM995gDDA) (Did it after I wrote it down also)

8 minute buns (http://www.youtube.com/watch?feature=endscreen&v=dnBhn7YSsnM&NR=1)  (Did it after I wrote it down)

8 minute legs (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=uLIfN-31Bgs&feature=relmfu) Did it :)

50 calf raises

10 chair dips

I feel good :) This is probably the longest amount of time anybody has ever spent making a tumblr post. But I feel good :) I might go for a walk this evening. Or I might not. You never know.
